Wanna blog about something but got home late. Feeling tired.. but been neglecting my blog for quite awhile now. Thought I should just write something I guess. Had a wonderful time today. Went out all day with Mr. BF (^_^). Thanks dear for another great day! I love you.

Now at home watching Man United winning the cup. Not a very lively game at the moment. Blackpool is winning (2-1). DAMN! Hope MAN U can turn this game around. Even thought the cup is practically theirs already. Still want them to end it with a BANG! Fans are cheering like crazy now. C'mon la... your playing at Old Trafford for god sake!.

I spoke to soon. Finally an equalizer (2-2). They can win this. They should! I should go watched the game now (before I bore you ladies with more ball talk =P). Wanna go celebrate. Hehe.. Happy day (^_^)

UPDATE: MAN UNITED won 4-2!!! Great ending for a great season (^o^)

Jabber: I miss you!

Suddenly I miss blogging. I miss it so much that I feel like writing something today. I want to blog everyday but since I've started my new job I can't seem to find a spare time to do it. I don't want to do it cause I have to. I want to do it cause I want to and because of that I have neglect my blog for ages.

Should I make a promise that I'm not going to abandoned this blog ever again? No I won't cause knowing me, I know I will at some point find a reason to not blog for a long period of time but I will try to keep my blog active and post at least once a week (even though I know nobody actually read it =P). That sound reasonable right? I think it can be done since I've settle into my job by now and there's no reason for me not to do it (except for being lazy). 

How's that for a warm up? It doesn't make much sense but its a start (^_^).

Jabber: Crazy Sale on Cosmetic Items Everywhere

Why why why???? I seriously do not need the extra temptation (T_T)
Initially been saving up and building up a budget for MAC items that I've been wanting to get for so long but with all the sale these online cosmetic shop is having I have to keep telling myself NO (>.<) There's Sephora, Miracle Mile, Crown Brushes, Coastal Scent, Beauty.com etc... Been dodging one by one so far. How long can I resist??? HELP!!!

Jabber: Weekend at Isetan PART I

Been slacking on blogging lately thought I jabbed a little. Festive season is the best don't you think? Got sale here and there and its much more fun and less tiring if you have the money to spend which I currently are out off >.<

Since I already splurge on makeup items these past month I can only watched and help carry the shopping bags while my sister shop till I drop. Boo.. no fun =( Last weekend Isetan KLCC had a 4 day sale and it was crazy! You can get discount up to 70% off. We weren't planning on buying anything, just went there to get dinner and hangout cause we weren't aware of the sale but like any ladies who stumble on a sale it is almost impossible to ignore. We went to the perfume counter since my sister want to check out the price. She's looking for the new DKNY Be Delicious perfume, the pink one. When we got there of course there's the promoter waiting to reel us in and she succeeded. With the promise of free gift with the purchased my sister was sold. So she end up getting the perfume 10% off and a bunch of freebies such as body lotion, roll on, samples, DKNY tote bag and RM30 Isetan cash voucher. How can you say no to that? (^_^)v


At the cashier the promoter ask for our member card and suddenly panic attack. Owh no... were not an Isetan member and I thought for sure we have to pay like extra because we're not members and all of our freebies will be revoke, Noooo! but then the promoter said we can't get the RM30 cash voucher only and I was relief. That's not so bad but the promoter refuse to let us walk away with out the cash voucher. So, she ask my sister to fill in the form with a payment of RM20 for two years and she will get us our member card like right now! So, without further a due my sis fill in the form, pay the fees and the best part is you get a sub card for free and wallah.. I am now a proud member of Isetan (^_^)v


After that we went to LeSportsac and my sis snatched up a handbag and a wristlet, both are 50% off for members and 40% off for non-members. Members will always get extra 10% off, that's one of the perks of being a member =)

Jabber: Hi, I Am Shizuru and I'm a Shopaholic

I'm such a shopaholic. Can't seem to sit in front of the laptop without joining a spree or ordering something online. More specifically, beauty items. Looking back at all the things I ordered and asking myself, do I really need this much makeup stuff? Pause for a second or half a second and answered YES! Lol... I'm so not regretting all the stuff that I bought.

First of all, I don't have that much makeup collection to begin with. I'm just building up my collections.

Second, I used or going to use all of it, of course not all at once but everything I got is need items not want items.

Third, most the stuff that I got is on sale and to not grab the chance is like near stupidity since I'm going to get it anyways, why not get it on sale, right? =P

But just to justify some of my buying addict, I'm going on a rehab. Yes, I'm going to try and constraint myself from buying any beauty items starting next month, for two month. Therefore, there will be no more buying of makeups, makeup tools and what not from September till October. Will I survive? Am I able to constraint myself from buying? I like to think so. We shall see ^_^

Jabber: New New Look ^^'

Lol... Yes, my blog got another make over. I love love love the previous skin but I can't install widget using that skin and you can't even post a comment (like anybody gonna post a comment) but still it feels like something is lacking and I'm not really that happy with it.

This blog is still in experimental process anyway and I can bet you this skin will not be here for long as I'm not really that happy with it either. Its cute and everything but I'm not in love with the colors. As you can see, its green and green is so not my color.


I got this blog from www.ipietoon.com and I found out about this blog skin through one of my favorite youtube guru's, Elle a.k.a AllThatGlitters21. She is amazing, which brings me to my next blog post. I will do a feature on my favorite youtube gurus which I think it will benefit a lot of ladies out there who is looking or starting to do makeup. Some of them are professional makeup artist and some are just your girls next door like you and me who learned how to use makeup through self learning. More about it on my next post, enough jabber for today.

Jabber: New Look!

Like the new look. Well I'M LOVING IT!
The colors and style is just perfect for me.
I got this blog template at www.blogskins.com.
At first I have no idea how to install it, it took me awhile to figure it out and I don't know why it tookl me that long. Its really not that hard at all. I guess is because of my slow connection and I get frustrated way to easy and it just clouded my better judgments of things. Well that's my excuses at least ^^'

But that's all in the past. No reason to dwell on it =P
The blog look way cool now, its not that perfect yet and I'm still browsing for other templates.
This is just the first step for me to make my blog the perfect blog (^_^)

Jabber: Why owh why?

Why is it when I have the mood to start blogging again my internet line is going on one of it slow frenzy. Its really annoying! I'm quite fed up sometime with my internet provider but what is a girl to do. I have no choice but to use it no mater how slow it is.

I'm thinking about giving the blog a whole new look, so it wont be just a dull black space. Maybe some colors will liven it up and make it look more fun. Even if no one is reading which I know there are non :( but at least it will be enjoyable for me ^_^

If only the line would be stable enough and not let me wait like a half an hour just to load a page, maybe then it would be more bearable for me to revamp this blog. I just cant wait to give it a whole new look that represent more of my personality. Believe it or not, I'm so not a gloomy person ^o^

Jabber: Class???

My breaks over and class started already yesterday but I didn't go. I didn't got today either.
I hate going to class on the first week. The lecturer usually didn't come to class and we just wait there like some stupid idiot for half an hour, that's the time limit given to the student to wait for the lecturer. After half an hour if the lecturer didn't show up we can bolt out of the class.

But I don't feel like wasting my time waiting this sem. I really don't have the mood.
I'm so tired of studying right now just can't wait to finished up my degree.

Jabber: Why is it green?

I hate it when its green... Can't do anything when its green...

Wondering whats green? Well its my #@%& wireless broadband. If the light is green its GPRS signal and my connection will become so slow. It wasn't supposed to be green because my area is a 3G area so the light should be turquoise which indicate the HSPDA signal or blue which indicate the UMTS signal but lately the light kept turning green and its really annoying *_*

I can't go on youtube, I can't get my torrent running and I have to wait for a whole 15 minutes just for the page to load. Argh... its killing me +_+

Can you believe it, I can't remember at all.

Last week was kinda hectic for me even though it was supposed to be my mid term.
and this week was no difference. Got so many assignment piling up, as usual >.<

Jabber: I just feel like it ^^'

Finally, after thinking and re-thinking, yes, no, suddenly i just feel like bloging out my life.
Well, probably not everything but the ones I feel like sharing.

As per title, I am Shizuru. Yes, its not really my real name and that is one of the part that I don't feel like sharing. Its not that important, its just a name. So, for now you can just call me Shizuru.

The reason I wanted to start blogging is because I need a place to rant out to myself and maybe improve my writing skills along the way. I aspire to be a writer someday. Mainly food writing and why food writing you say because those are the two of my favorite things. I love to cook and I love to write and I can't think of a better profession other than writing about food.

Currently, I'm doing my degree in culinary arts. Wonderful isn't it? Yes, I do think so myself.
In my course we learn a lot of things beside cooking. We learn how to manage a restaurant, being a manager, writing, accountancy, HR even photography but its more to food styling and that brings me to my other favorite things to do which it taking pictures. I'm saving to buy a DSLR camera but haven't decided which one to get yet. Its either Canon EOS or Sony Alpha. I guess its all depends on how much money I manage to save till the end of this year. For now, I will just have to settle with my Sony T3.

I think thats enough for now. Not bad for my first time eh... -_-'
I'll figure things out as I go along with this. Hope I have the time to update this blog and not be just another dead end.
